I've never been a huge fan of Karlie Kloss, but I'm really drawn to this shoot she did for Vogue Germany's latest issue. I love the deep colours, the luxurious feel of the shoot, and the way that some of the photos experiment with focus and blurring to create some truly stunning and captivating images.

Germany Instagram Diary

I've just got back from what feels like a very long weekend in the middle of the summer. Germany is something of a second home to me and it was so nice to have some days filled with friends, parties, sun and swimming :) So here's a little instagram diary I kept while I was there because a) my huge camera couldn't fit in my suitcase and b) my little camera decided it didn't want to switch on. If anyone has any suggestions for a compact camera, send them my way because I really want to get a new one before I head off to another magical destination in 10 days time....

My new suitcase from Primark. Lovely case, shame about the print-unfortunately I had two choices, zebra or leopard, so I went with the one I thought was less conspicuous....whether I succeeded is another matter...

A Few from the Weekend

No place sums up Christmas for me like Germany and its Weihnachtsmarkt (meaning Christmas market for those of you as challenged as me in the language). Along with a few birthday celebrations, I made my annual visit to the Marburg Christmas market with some friends to snuggle under the heat lamps, drink glühwein (mulled wine), and of course, layer up with some of my warmest winter clothes, whilst trying to look as 'fashionable' as possible. Of course, very few people actually admit that being cold and looking good don't really go hand in hand, but here we are, making our very best attempt:
