Disney fever has officially hit London town this week with Harrods' recent unveiling of their new window displays, which show some of our favourite Disney princesses dressed head to toe in couture and some of the hottest designers around. The classic heroines got a very stylish and chic makeover by the likes of Jenny Packham, Missoni, Marchesa and Versace, so if you're in the area, I definitely recommend checking them out.

These gorgeous Disney creations really bring the spirit of Christmas magic to life, and they also reminded me of a recent discovery of mine, again involving a similar theme. I came across the online blog/portfolio of a very talented graphic designer who had, as part of a project, tried to digitally create what he imagined some Disney characters might look like in real life. I love the results (shown below), which I think really capture the essence of what these women might be like if we were to see them. Still beautiful, but with a strange human quality to them.
