Jersey Girl

Another festive outfit with some more things I got for Christmas—this jersey top from Bershka, necklace from Calvin Klein, paired with my favourite old pleather skirt from Oasis.

Leather on Denim

I never though denim on (faux) leather would be an interesting combination until I saw some inspiring blogs and decided to go for it myself. A bit chillier today, hence the pained expression on some of these photos. This is one of my favourite shirts ever (from Tommy Hilfiger) and I hope to get some more in other colours, because they really are very versatile and easy to throw on when you can't be bothered. I also love the stud detailing. You'll also see my new bag from Primark which I think is very classic and also has plenty of room to hold all my stuff. The skirt is from Oasis, boots from H&M and coat from Jane Norman. Enjoy the rest of the weekend!

Winter warmers

Bonfire night has been and gone and it's getting to that chilly, Christmassy, festive season again. For me, this means getting out the jumpers as an essential wardrobe staple, and mixing these up with skirts, trousers or shorts, anything that will keep me warm. Primark has some nice winter warmers this season, the jumper from these pictures is my second purchase from there, and I think it goes well with this leather skirt from Oasis that I bought last year. The ankle boots are from H&M and they go with absolutely everything so I hope they will last me through the chilly season.

I've seen a few of these tube scarves around recently in the shops and I love how snug they feel and look. It's a bit of a glorified scarf really, with the only difference being that its got no ends because it is sewn into a loop. However, if like me you try and go wrapped up so tightly so as to not get any cold air in anywhere they are, all in all, the perfect addition to the winter wardrobe. Apparently they're called snoods. This I did not know but I like that word a lot, I think it sounds perfect for the cosiness that these scarves radiate. The ones above are all from Oasis which I think offers the best variety in terms of colour, style and knit for these items, as you can see. Other than that,  here is my pick of the best around at the moment on the high street:
